The Goulburn Post reports on a new design for the Lieder Theatre in the New South Wales city. The potential upgrade is being announced during the city's sustainability festival, which runs under the banner "sustainability is everyone's business".

Upgrades to the theatre will include a green roof, to attenuate rainwater runoff and provide insulation to the building. Lieder Theatre celebrated its centenary in 1991, and the new project aims to weave the building's history into the fabric of the improvements. The architects' model is on display in the Civic Centre Foyer.
