Celebrate the harvest with a trip to the River Cottage Autumn Fair on 7 - 8 September 2013.
The Autumn fair is a great opportunity to come and explore River Cottage HQ and meet the gang off the telly, including Hugh himself!
You'll enjoy cookery demonstrations and talks from the team and contributors, fun activities for children, as well as a range of food, drink and artisan producers selling their wares.
Our team of chefs put on delicious festival food, often cooked on the barbeque or in our wood fired oven and of course there are always lashings of local beer and cider, with musicians playing throughout the day.
So whether you’re a first timer, or seasoned visitor to our fairs, they are an ideal way to see River Cottage HQ. Why not treat the family? Tickets are only £15.00 each and under 12s go free.
A few things to note:
Children under 12 years old are completely free and do not require tickets.
Dogs are not allowed on site due to livestock.
What to wear: this event is predominantly outside. There will be marquees and some undercover spaces but please check the weather forecast beforehand and dress accordingly. The event will still take place if it rains.
Food: There will be breakfast, lunch and refreshments available to buy throughout the day, which are not included within the ticket price.
Wine/drink: We are a licensed venue, and our bar will be open during the day, with a selection of wines, beers, ciders and soft drinks available to buy.
Accommodation: If you need local accommodation please click here.
